- checking freshness and proper storage of products,
- reporting demand for semi-finished products to the head chef or warehouse (no external purchases),
- cooperating with the kitchen team and supporting them in ensuring continuity of work,
- compliance with hygiene, health and safety rules and procedures applicable at the facility.
